My point that I have been saying all along is that AVB is not the be all and end all for OZL They have plenty in their growth profile to keep them going with or without AVB. At this stage they are seeking geographic diversity, hence their expansion into other jurisdictions such as Portugal and Mexico.

AVB is attractive to AC because it allows them rapid entry to Brazil without having to build from the ground up (or down in the case of mining, that’s a joke there boy). OZL can, and will walk from AVB if appropriate as they are disciplined and aren’t interested in paying overs.

Bullshit! the T/O is from OZL Brazil is it not? So OZL is already in Brazil, just without the juicy assets that AVB hold.
