Last nights SOLG trading was very encouraging. It reached 29.4 on some big parcels before finishing up 3.6%.
A SOLG forum poster listed the quantities of borrowed stock over the past months. March was 13.4 million. Another poster said this equates to shorting. We could be seeing some short covering and maybe more to come.
The NTA of DGR is now 0.27 and our SOLG holding worth over 102 mill .
There was a earlier post referring to Sandon who were sniffing about when our price was lower and AJQ was subject to a takeover. I believe that Sandon and its takeover specialist associate MVT may still be observing and or accumulating through a subsidiary. It is not MVTs style to walk away from such a steep discount. The man behind MVT is Sir Ron Brierley who is a patient deep value investor.
