Yes they stopped issueing approvals in february .......non since then .........the whole cdfa process was to reduce the number of suppiers to china not increase them so the also rans are left in perpetual suspension for thier application......this means they arent issueing any more approvals but honesly guuys why would you think you would get an approval in the first place......the companies domestic sales are so low its not funny.......why on earth would you think you would get cdfa approval?
