So you are saying that STO will indeed by taken off the ASX ( if Harbour bid is successful ).
That's where I am unsure of what to do.
Are retail holders basically paid the market equivalent ( e.g. forced sale, but at what price ? The T/O of $6.50 or whatever price of STO is on the last trading day ) ?
If, let's say, there is no forced sale, but you basically keep a share in the unlisted private entity, how does a retail holder get income or capital gain ? Or is STO becoming a private unlisted entity a "CGT event" ?
