Brokers make valuations for many different reasons and they are notoriously unreliable. Brokers may be selling or buying for clients so set a high valuation or low valuation depending on which. No one pays much attention to broker valuations, they are a joke imo. The broker valuations on AVB are not a guide to the SP, which is set by market forces. The OZL offer doubled the market value of AVB.
