Old Answer : Sure - we'll cut the old armour off and replace it or weld some extra plates on that will put weak spots everywhere .... and building up specific areas could be problematic depending on geometry ....

New TTT Answer: Sure - strip off the paint and tell us how much extra you want sprayed on and and where exactly you want any further build-up
