Yes,I feel for holders of this thing.
Thought I would share an email exchange with PO.
I am not afraid to be very blunt when communicating with companies.
After all,it is investors money they play with.
Hi Paul
Why does Norwood need to extend closing date if "deals are imminent?"
From an outsider's viewpoint it just appears to be a "money grab" to help stave off eventual bankruptcy.
Hope I am wrong.
Gyro
There
is a fairly obvious potential reason why we would extend the SPP but I can’t comment further.
Could I recommend you show some restraint on making comments such as those above? Consider the possibility that deals are indeed closing - such comments will just look a bit foolish in hindsight!
Paul
With due respect Norwood has been throwing this rhetoric out for 3 years.
There comes a time when even the most hardened investor loses confidence in this ongoing dialogue.
Paul, where is the market confidence in the company?
If there was a strong SP, investors would have some confidence.
You don't have to tell me I am stupid,I already know that!
I guess what I am trying to say is;
Norwood needs to give back millions to investors in the company.
Millions that have been wasted for 3 years.
I think you would agree
Gyro
I guess we will have to wait and see what the future brings.
So there you are, toss a coin
