Yes fair enough, if there is demand - Farmers will make the change.
Unfortunately this change is by no means simple in terms of operation or ROI modelling. Your inputs go through the roof, your output can take a haircut and unless you are confident the price is there to stay, your changeover/accreditation costs can throw a real spanner in the works...
