No one is saying MIN is a bad company, who said that? In fact it is a very good company.
What I am saying (And the majority of AGO shareholders are saying) is that this is a Sh@t bid, it is insulting to almost all AGO SHs except a small minority. If they came in with a higher bid, then I'm sure AGO shareholders would be feeling a bit happier about the deal. But that is not your concern as probably don't own any AGO shares and are probably very chuffed that we are being sold out for pittance.
