    I introduced myself as a Canadian CMMC watcher curious about the Australian perspective. The hate for the deal on this board was a bit unnerving, but the fact that the AOH shareholders voted nearly unanimously has removed any worry I had. Your concerns about unfair voting conditions are completely undermined by this fact (not to mention the scheme itself required court approval before it was carried out)
