I am , unfortunately , starting to think CR at this moment . I was like you , and believed that there would not be any need in the near future for a CR .
No way could GMV get a loan of any decent amount on MOUs and only projected revenue.
The matter of Yacov purchasing is a valid question and further muddies the water.
This is my opinion only , and am happy to admit , I am totally confused atm.
