Forget the excuses you put up and your interpretations of what Reasonable and Fair mean. Just read what the IE had to tell us.
The facts therein remains that the IE has made it clear in his report that the offer was undervalued and he also gave his opinion of what the offer should have been by giving us his own value of our shares at the time he wrote that report.
IMHO, if we were to wait and not capitulate like our BOD did, we would have found someone else willing to jump into bed with us, especially when Glencore were willing to sign up on an "OFFTAKE AGREEMENT"" with us.
What did that "OFFTAKE AGREEMENT" entailed.?? ............................ Please explain and take the time of doing it properly...................................... I believe that I know the answer already but I give you the opportunity to explain it to us all.
The point is that,................................ has Glencore offered a position to anyone in our BOD's too the likes of what CMMC did.??? I don't know but I am sure that someone will be able to answer me......
