    AJD is now free to sell to any third party for a price > $265m

    Strange as it sounds, AJD does not actually require a bona fide bid from a third party to justify the pre-emptive price it then chooses to table to NXT - ie it's a completely fabricated number as the three previous pre-emptive prices have proven over the last 3-4 months.
