This is a great step of IAM to set up a new registered office and cutting the the of the MW factor. Suppose the writting was on the wall with the ann of a new company secretary.
I think this is showing the confidence that IAM have in their work and all is going well. The hiring of their own company secretary plus the lease of new premises would surely be more than what they were paying with Cicero. If so they know that it fits well within their budget.
Self independent, free of past ties, confidence is building as they spread their wings transforming from the ugly duckling image they had into a golden swan listed company as progress from current programs progress.
