    Isn't that the drying unit? Product drops onto it. Looks like piping in and re circ back of excess. That's why I was curious in earlier post as there appears to be two. Having two in parallel is not unheard of and may of been the addition when capacity was up rated. i.e the original dryer may of been the limiting factor.
