Well i am not a yank, but a solid down to earth Aussie investor that is sick of arrogant fools lying and cheating to everyday investors to feather their own pockets, this is a carbon copy of MFS downfall.
Boards should be held accountable for their actions to shareholders instead of walking away with no liability.
