Seems to me the only people that think it’s a crap offer are those in the red. You are just hoping that long term eventually you will get your money back. As with everything, be it a car or house, the market dictates what something is worth. If as some of you think it is way too low, where are all the other bidders waiting to snap up a “bargain”. I sincerely hope they are out there but if not? Just sayin
