Today I received the letter, proxy form and a phone call from Andrew Purcell's company M&A Advisory about the upcoming votes and company meeting.
IMO 0 the letter didn't really answer the issues and accusations put forwarded by the other directors, except an effort to highlight Keybridge, Aurora and their involvement with Molopo.
I interpreted as it was specifically aimed at John Patton being a Keybridge representative and that non of directors other than Purcell himself and the new director Dr Robert William have any relevant O&G experience.
Time will tell.
