You are being baited Steve and unfortunately the moderation process can can a few hours before mods action TOU's.
I know it's difficult but best to ignore the trolls or else it is difficult to get their posts moderated. Once they continue to over step they will be warned by admin or mods and then suspended. Just TOU without responding is the mods preferred way of dealing with it.
