As far as I know the kick off of the factory production is linked to the CFDA and the CFDA approval is not dependant on the company, we are at the mercy of the Chinese authorities.

The delay of the on-line shop is probably due to product availability from the Chinese factory. I can see, though reading the Ann, that will try to get production from Israel which is not ideal but at least we start delivering and generating revenue.
