DGR is basically an investment company that invests in resources and develops them to a point near production under a seperate company name such as ANW. Like a family, DGR is the parent and ANW is the developing child who eventually leaves home becoming an adult and earns its own income and supports itself.
ANW has now reached the point where it is ready to become a fully fledged company, on its own, and move out from under the umbrella of the parent company DGR.
The way for that to occur is via a takeover, which DGR is hopefully negotiating.
