Perhaps it is the "Goodwill" paid to Noetic Synergy for delivering the Crypto Exchange thus far?

Just a thought/ speculation...

I'd certainly be happy if Noetic Synergy deliver the exchange based on a "Promise to pay" basis once delivered!  Good on BPG of they managed to negotiate this!
