The information was released in such a way IMO to do maximum damage to the company. It was how they did it, the reporter did not have a good understanding of sharemarkets practices. His behaviour IMO was that of someone making a lot of noise, while on a witch hunt...with out understanding the business aspects completely...So obvious to a share holder that his objective was to destroy reputation, just my thoughts.

With out knowing if there was any wrong doing, there is no point in commenting further. But Shapiro IMO was on a mission and someone like him had the skills to find dirt on anyone, but ask him about the company, at times he seemed to lose it.
