“The increase in 2018 is expected to be driven by those issues being resolved and those mines coming back on line and driving up production,” Heathman reported.'

In other words, hoped for reversal of union trouble may reverse only some of the reduction in silver mining output since 2016.
No exponential growth happening in silver production.

Only for one year Einstein, because of the industrial trouble, but it's all resolved and back on line.

Let me guess, you've been loading up on silver waiting for the great economic Armageddon.....right?
