Sachz do you care to expand ? Respectfully I think the only thing that will drive the Vic SP is getting the drill rigs out and finding out if their is resource in the ground. Nothing can drive the price up unless it's a commercially viable cobalt deposit.
Any white swan event won't help sp if there is nothing in the ground.
VIC Management are for sure under the spotlight, they have one chance to get this right in my view.
