The Australian Construction market, infrastructure in particular will always be performance specifications imo ... and with the current infrastructure boom that excites me because design & construct teams will be receptive to innovation opportunities.
The only prescriptive market I could imagine here might also be state based road authorities for the repair and remediate work, but it would be beer nuts imo to the infrastructure build market.
