Im the same Jim . I always presume they full of BS when I start my analysis. They are salesmen, they nearly always make everything look as good as possible, ones DD needs to work out the degree of BS so you can assess the risk properly.
Audited accounts still rely on what's given to them and show the past not the future . They all have disclaimers because they know they can be fed BS too.
