In the end we have a company man with no charisma who is used to a traditional model in charge of a startup. We also have a market place which frankly is demanding innovation in the way we sell to them.
Probably we are asking GV to act in a way that neither his experience or temperament is right for. Both Souki and MB are more suited to this situation in my view
This does not mean he cannot succeed and his constancy and past experience could well appeal to some. He may still be the catalyst in getting us across the line
So it is clear in me why some posters think he is the right man and others think change is in order.
I think his tenure should be seriously reviewed when his contract expires if the job is not done.
