that 'bit of smoke' on MTC, I expect to turn into a blazing inferno next week. I have a tip on it presently, and .22 will get it across the line, which we should see within Tuesday's opening. As the chart shows, it makes leaps and bounds (in both directions) when it wants, and I think it has more going for it now than in last October's massive rerate.

Most notably is BBC's confirmation and the possible follow-up in them buying on market some of their extra 5% of their holding capacity to obtain the board seat. This had previously been held up by the Chinese governments overseas investmengt approval process, but now that this has been cleared as of late yesterday, accounting for your smoke, we should see the fire steadily grow.
