The way I see it is this. CZ negotiate the agreements with the BOD, not the management. Management does however contribute critical technical support. So the BOD, providing they are reasonably competent and have access to accountants and professional legal advice can be changed without too much disruption. On the other hand, losing a chief techical engineer responsible for designing and building the product would potentially be a significant problem.
