I think about 40% of world's tin is locked in China, so they might release the tap if price is right. But their politics talking into it make it very little transparent.

On another note, does anyone have any better (local/inside) info on Palmer's refinery in Townsville? It's capable of processing cobalt and connected with Gympie by train.
