    hi whereu
have a quick look at romans 3-1/18 paul makes it crystal clear that all have sinned and deserve to go to hell
and then gives us the antidote
vs 22 this righteousness comes from god through faith in jesus christ to all who believe
so paul then tells us how we can become righteous
gods grace is freely given to those who repent and come to the lord jesus and have faith in him and when we do that we come under grace and no longer under the law
so god has given us a way to to become his children
so now christians are no longer under the law but under grace
and when that happens we no longer want to satisfy the old sinful nature
but to do the things that our father rejoices in. this does not mean that we will not sin at times all christians know that we will not be made perfect an fully righteous this side of heaven
now those who do not come to the lord jesus and refuse to accept gods grace remain under the law
and if anyone remains there they will face the wrath of god and judgement of the law
so yes gods grace of forgiveness is offered to all no matter what we have done and inspite of what we have done
but it relies on whether we accept gods gift
