No don't do give up on the project. Get some experienced geological management in place and come up with a coherent plan of action for Dobsina. One or two intercepts do not, a mining project make. They may help the share price but not for long. These guys have not done what they said they would (dump quantification, Joremeny adit rehab etc.) though they have had enough time and are drilling holes in a previously tested area (Joremeny) which has low potential. Don't tell me about the snow because the dumps were supposed to be surveyed prior to winter (check out the announcements) and it doesn't take much to get a team together to systematically sample the dumps.
The Scandinavian project should be the subject of some more work. First though it would be good to see more than one cross-section to see just how much mineralisation might really be there.
