Last 4C stated next quarter estimated outflows expected to be $1.2M (page 5).
Scout has a cash balance of $1.8M (page 10 and 13)
When you strip back the BS Scout appears to be making 330k to 440k per quarter - lets average it to $385k and assume they will do 20% Q on Q growth - that would equal $462K for the next quarter.
$1.8M + $462k - $1.2M = $1M in the bank if they are lucky and they will have to consider their inventory levels too.
That's CR territory in my book.
I know Scout was making excuses for their September quarter being short (something about only 5 of the 13 weeks counted due to ASX listing) and then inventory issues for the December quarter but I don't deal in BS. So unless the next quarter sales are going to magically double (and I don't believe in magic) you are looking at CR territory.
My numbers are averages/guesstimates but they still point to CR
