I will admit I have been disappointed about the growth in revenue from Scout since listing, although waited until they sorted out their inventory problems to justify that emotion. The CEO recently said they were fully stocked a month or so ago now and I did appreciate the businesses ability to generate cash. I also know there will be huge demand from consumers for D.I.Y home security products, although it appears that Abode will become the juggernaut in that space.
The main reason I decided to sell out today was after listening to the executive director, Dave Shapiro, talk about capital raising's like it was glorious free money. Which makes me almost certain capital raising are on the horizon, causing me to doubt just how accurate their supposed cash flow cycle diagram really is.
