Ummmm yes and in fact the very first example given on my frist look...oh and second example as well. In fact there are plenty to choose from.
"Palliative radiation was prescribed to control the pain in the involved vertebra to a total dose of 36 Gy........Imaging studies showed a resolution of the bony lesion and regression of the liver lesions to a very small size 10 months after treatment." http://www.cpcancer.com/article/S0147-0272(15)00103-8/fulltext
and here some 46 documented case between 1969-2014 which is few more than 8, which is my point!
http://www.cpcancer.com/action/showFullTableImage?isHtml=true&tableId=t0005&pii=S0147027215001038
and this one is pretty good....The patient remained with no evidence of the disease at the 1-year follow-up.
Can you find a complete response and name the reported study?
