    In Jan they announced- "
    The modularised build study output is being reviewed and incorporated into an updated
    project execution and financial model, expected to be released in February."

    They didn't hit the milestone so in Feb in the half yearly account they said - " Results of this engineering work are expected to be released in quarter one of calendar year 2018."

    I think its about time they got an email or two and be asked wtf is going on. I will be.
