The dilution is listed in the appendix of the release today and is between 8.7% and 15.1% based on the limits placed on the conversion value.
The capital is in the form of notes convertible by dividing the note value by the conversion value calculated but limited between 23c and 40c per share depending on the current issue price at conversion.
Maturity is on 30 September 2018.
