Totally agree here - the price hung for about 3.5 - 4.3c in that time, I recell the MD buying shares at about ~ 3.9 c - I took it to mean there was some confidence in the company - but the confidence was a decision was made back then that deal would be struck for 5.7 giving him a solid 20% profit for less than 4 months work , guaranteeed.
No, this offer is unfair, the market has been kept in the dark and this deal stinks a bit too much of it happened in closed doors.
