I agree that over a year it will probably average out but what good are annual medium prices ????
Due to the time they still become a bit of useless information
For someone buying or selling they want to know what the figure is now, not in 12 months time.
Property sales occur in specific ranges so if they produced a medium price for various ranges then it would be useful but otherwise useless.
People who work in a normal job with a weekly pay packet who buy a family home do so with a different set of reasons than a multi millionaire buying another mansion
