CLY is suspended due to legal issues before a court in Austria relating to prior ownership of CLY tenements which then went to JV. Not anyones fault -just a mistake made which has to be cleared up. Rightly (IMO) ASX said "no trading till all good again" Suspension was at Company's request.
Anyway I hold CLY for its MRB and conglomerate outcrop.
I dont think ARV shareholders should change their nickers just in case. Lets wait and see what happens first !! And if I know DL and his crew they might make a positive out of this.
