    Of course it's price sensitive - they suspended trading.

    There have been a number of instances recently where the ASX have asked companies to clarify details contained in an announcement. If they can't respond in time, they go into a TH. And if they can't respond in the two days that a TH can last, they get suspended.

    Rule 17.3 is relating to a breach of some kind of order is my interpretation.
