Shorten's policy evolution continues. Aged , repat and disability pensioners are now exempt and get their franking credits back. Wealthy people can still use theirs to pay their tax obligations. That only leaves Shorten stealing back the franking credits from the poorer self funded retirees.
And the ALP would say all Australians are treated with equal fairness.
