That’s a good point. Hopefully we will get some clarity before Thursday then.
Management may take the resolution off the agenda or they may want to go ahead and raise the money regardless.
Although if they go with the latter the wording of the explanation may no longer fit and therefore they may still be forced to remove it from the agenda.
On that basis then, I assume management will be working hard to resolve something before Thursday as per their revised deadline.
