Yes, I know the mechanics of the licencing arrangement between Mesoblast and TiGenix.
What I can't understand is the business practice of MSB leaving revenue on the table by not selling product directly; rather than by a de facto agency arrangement.
PS. I'm unsure as to the relevance of Takeeda acquiring TiGenix a month after the licencing deal with MSB. Surely you aren't suggesting that Takeeda forked out over 500m euros for TiGenix because of its deal with MSB, are you?
