Your comments are twisting what I have implied and I am referring to the last 10 months.My comments refer to an announcement made in May 2017 concerning adjustment to start up of Production.... Then again another push back of start up and again confirmation in December of 2017 where they confirmed that all was going smoothly for start up at the end of January beginning of February....
Out of the blew they announce a further delay in January to beginning of March now end of March.... IMO the reason given for this showed there has been very poor communication ... A vital piece of equipment was not even at the site that is taking some 2 months to be installed and tested........ IMO over the last two years management have made a number of reckless announcements that could be considered deceptive..... wishful ......
I care to remind you that I remained silent for some time until November when I made my first post which I SUPPORTED MANAGEMENT and continued to do so until January 2018.... I have never claimed to expect refurbishment to run smoothly or without issues which you are incorrectly saying..... I have also advised that I have also been personally involved in the successful setting up of an overseas mining camp....
I have asked the question several times but you have chosen not to reply.... Has our CEO taken on more than he can handle and kept too much to himself..... Is that reason due the the BOD not having sufficent skills to take a major roll.

I have personally witnessed the efforts of management who have their own money invested fail to achieve the goals set out in the long term agenda.... Simple reason, unable to convert the skills as lawyers or other professional people into developing a mining project . ... As stated , look at the graveyard of failed projects that have been bought by other companies and brought to production....

Taking 12 months to get a job that takes only six months is not good management ( example )...Making reckless announcements that create very little trust by the market is not in the best interest of S/H`s as the SP will not reach true and fair value.... Only until they truely prove they are capable of meeting production goals and published agendas will the SP reach true value.... Also success of a company is having the right management to support the Chairman.... Incompetent unskilled management will stop a good asset from success. .... Again this has been proven time + time again..... IMO the market will not believe BSM for at least 6 months... They have a lot to prove.....

Long term thinking and planning......... They fell short there in not having that vital piece of equipment ordered and delivered much earlier than it did arrive along with other equipment...... To me that seemed obvious and simple task... IMO it indicates there are issues in communication and responsible management.
