I honestly think you are catastrophising over an unlikely clandestine, coordinated effort by one or more state DoTs and/or a disparate cabal of distributors/contractors/concrete suppliers conspiring to diddle EDE out of opportunity.
With respect to you all and to the company itself, there is more chance of something self inflicted.
Just one decent Sydney road or railway tunnelling project of 1-1.5 mill m3 of shotcrete is likely to suck up something like 50% of EDE’s admixture production from current facilities in America ... bulk, containerised packaging and freight to Australia is likely to be nothing more than $2-3 per gallon ... the plant in America is apparently quickly expandable.
Start knocking on doors here in Sydney and the Americans would want to start pulling their dithering fingers out imo.
