Hi Jon. Last year I thought Mosig was properly going through the motions to build value, acting like he was going to build, but that PGM would get bought out. When he left, I wasn't sure why...I felt it signalled either a deep disagreement on strategy, or dissatisfaction with Mosig's speed of execution. It looks like the latter, with a shift to scandium...which I think is a colossal mistake.
Another poster said to get going the capex needed would be only $50 to $100 mil. Anybody got a reference, or a different fix on this ?
