I made the point that the class action was settled due it being a condition of recapitalisation. I therefore suggest (if not obvious) that settlement proves nothing other than a business decision to clear the decks.
Settling a class section has nothing to do with criminal activity. A crime is a crime handled by a different arm o the law. I put out a suggestion that it is unlikely business would knowingly do business with criminals as you call SGH BOD.
So yes of course I know very well about conditions of recapitalisation including class action settlement - Imraised the point!
Regarding my hypothetical 10% compounded return, you have totally missed the point.
