The whole SGH hedge fund saga is highly unusual. AC did refuse to 'take over SGH' without assurance the CA lawsuit would be settled with kicking another $4M on top of insurance cover. What that tells me is AC were worried SGH would likely lose. IT ABSOLUTELY WAS A CONDITION OF RECAPITALISATION. Several old AG & Co directors also got the boot.
I know for sure you have left many of my questions unanswered. I don't believe I haven't answered your questions if they weren't just lost in your waffling. Ask as many and any questions you wish but keep it short and to the point without the usual waffle.
